Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you don't receive the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you make an insurance claim.
Insurance
We place insurance on every package and will help you file a claim with your package. Please keep the packaging and take photos/ videos of the damaged packaging to send to USPS or UPS with your claim. Cassie's Classix is not responsible for anything once the package leaves our hands. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any claims.
