How to Send us the images

In order to create the image(s), you will need to send us a high-resolution scan or photos of the design(s). You can find the instructions on how to take the necessary photos below. Your images MUST be clear. The better the images, the better the results can be. I will never assume details and risk getting something wrong. If your image needs to be altered/photoshopped for any reason, you may incur a NON-REFUNDABLE EDITING FEE starting at $30. This will happen for ALL images scanned in as well as photographs meant to be turned into digital art. If you’d like your idea turned into digital design before placing this order, you’re likely going to save more money that route and may contact us with that game plan.

IF SENDING WITH A SMART PHONE OR A DIGITAL CAMERA: 1. Email the largest PNG or JPG file possible to CassiesClassix@gmail.com with your name & order info. 2. Please confirm we have received the image(s)

IF SCANNING IMAGE: 1. Make sure the scanner and images are free of any dust or debris 2. If possible, scan your images at 600 resolution (generally accessible through “advanced” mode) 3. Select the entire image to scan. 4. Save the file as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG. 5. Make sure everything looks good and that nothing important was cut off during the scan. 6. Repeat for each photo angle. 7. Email your files to CassiesClassix@gmail.com with your name & order details. 8. Please confirm we have received the image(s) 9. Incur the $30+ non-refundable Editing Fee If you would like extra help with this process, you may contact us directly.
