I am so excited to create a custom portrait from a clear photo you provide me. I’ll begin creating AFTER you check out. Your order may take up to a week, but if this is going to be a gift, please add that to your message and ADD THE DATE in which you need it! How to Send us the Ultrasound(s)

In order to create the portrait(s), you will need to send us a high-resolution scan or photo of the ultrasound. Your image MUST be clear. The better the photo, the better the results can be. I will never assume details and risk getting something wrong.

IF YOU NEED US TO EDIT THE IMAGE(S): you will be charged an editors fee.

/ IF YOUR DOCTOR GAVE YOU A CD OF YOUR ULTRASOUND PICTURES… That’s perfect, you can just e-mail the full size file to CassiesClassix@gmail.com with your name.

IF PHOTOGRAPHING WITH A SMART PHONE OR A DIGITAL CAMERA: 1. If possible, set your camera to the highest quality picture setting 2. Do Not use Flash 3. Avoid reflections (glare) on the image; consider placing on a wall near a large window so it is indirectly lit; please also avoid casting your own shadow in the image area 4. Get as close as possible without cropping anything out 5. If you are using image editing software on a computer, resize your file to the dimensions 4in x 5in, or 10 inches on the longest edge (depending on the size print you order) at 600 DPI. Save as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG 6. Email the largest PNG or JPG file possible to CassiesClassix@gmail.com with your name. 7. Please confirm we have received the image(s)

IF SCANNING… 1. Make sure the scanner and ultrasound are free of any dust or debris 2. If possible, scan your ultrasound at 600 resolution (generally accessible through “advanced” mode) 3. Select the entire ultrasound to scan. 4. Save the file as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG. 5. Make sure everything looks good and that nothing important was cut off during the scan. 6. Email your file to CassiesClassix@gmail.com with your name. 7. Please confirm we have received the image(s) If you would like extra help with this process, Google “how to photograph artwork with a (whatever method you’re using) Or, you may contact us directly. However, please consider that we do not know how every type of smartphone/digital camera/scanner works.
